Once a digital product has been purchased, processed by our system, sent via email, or accessed through any server, it automatically forfeits any right to return, refund, store credit, or exchange.

slixresellz takes financial security and digital fraud very seriously. Attempting to initiate a chargeback or opening a dispute with PayPal, Stripe, banking institutions, or any payment gateway after receiving or downloading a digital product will be considered a fraudulent act of bad faith.
Such actions will immediately trigger the following business protection measures:
- Permanent Ban: Immediate blocking of the user, their IP address, and their billing details from making future purchases.
- Revocation of Access: Instant cancellation of any license, server access, updates, or platforms linked to the disputed purchase.
- Legal Action and Evidence Submission: Automatic submission to the payment gateway of our system's audit logs, download IP address, delivery timestamps, and your explicit agreement to these terms to win the dispute.
- Fraud Reporting: Inclusion of the customer’s information in shared e-commerce fraud databases used among digital product resellers.
4. Obligation to Read Product Descriptions
It is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the customer to carefully read all specifications, feature lists, minimum requirements, and product descriptions before executing a transaction. By clicking "Buy Now" or completing checkout, you confirm that all your questions have been resolved. If you have any pre-purchase inquiries, it is your obligation to contact the slixresellz customer support team before paying.
5. Technical Issues and Delivery Support
Experiencing minor technical difficulties when opening or downloading the file does not void this no-refund policy. If you experience issues accessing your product:
